Facility Rentals

Looking for a venue for your next event? The South Newton Township Volunteer Fire Company offers a spacious, air-conditioned dining hall and kitchen available for rent—perfect for wedding receptions, birthday parties, reunions, or other special gatherings.

Rental Details

Our rental facility includes:

• Use of the Dining Hall

• Access to a fully equipped Kitchen

• Central Air Conditioning for your comfort

Rental Rates

• Township Residents: $200.00 per day

• Non-Residents: $300.00 per day

• For-Profit Businesses: $400.00 per day

Security Deposits:

• Individuals: $250.00

• Businesses: $500.00

Rental fees and deposits must be paid when the facility key is picked up. The deposit will be returned after a satisfactory inspection by fire company personnel.

Rental Rules and Guidelines

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, please adhere to the following policies:

• Only the new addition of the building (dining hall and kitchen) is available for rent. Engine bays and meeting rooms are not included.

• No drugs or controlled substances are permitted on the premises.

• Alcoholic beverages require prior approval from the governing body.

• Noise must be controlled: No loud music after 10:00 PM and no disorderly conduct at any time.

• Trash and waste must be properly bagged and placed in the dumpster, including restroom and parking lot refuse.

• The facility must be left clean and organized.

• Parking is restricted: Do not block the concrete ramps at the front or back of the building. All vehicles must park in the designated lot.

• The renting party is responsible for locking doors and windows, turning off all lights and appliances, and returning the key.

• Any damages to the facility or its contents are the responsibility of the renter.

• The fire company reserves the right to ask individuals to vacate the premises if rules are violated.

• Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of deposit and potential legal action.

Please Note:
The facility is not available for rent during the last two weeks of June due to our annual fair.
